Rory visited The Alfred's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in his role as an Ambulance Community Officer. Less than twelve months later, he was fighting for his life in the very same ICU.

The Life Support program offers a reliable income stream that allows The Alfred to go above and beyond in the care offered to our patients. Our Life Supporters have contributed to the funding of complex cardiac care equipment and many other pieces of equipment critical to the care of patients.
